In the Hub City of Belen, New Mexico, Rose Gould is looking to revitalize the community through non-profit work, restoring main street buildings and utilizing them for multigenerational health and welfare centers. Life 180 Biorhythm Center is currently helping low-income members of the community with low-no cost passive exercise therapy. This short story was created by John Mulquin Jr. of nextstepmedia.org along with Rose Gould in order to increase interest in the idea of bringing our children, parents, and grandparents together in our county/community with needed child and adult daycare living with medical staff for those with advanced needs (not currently offered in Valencia county).

John joined the United States Army and was deployed to Kirkuk, Iraq in December 2009 as a combat medic. Returning to Fort Bliss, Texas in 2010, he then spent most of his next two years training infantry medics for their 2013 Afghanistan deployment as a non-commissioned officer, before being honorably discharged in November 2012.

I desired a venue to use my organizational skills within my passion for video production.  As each year passes by, each person takes whatever Next Step they feel is necessary for their life, be it in education, career, or relationships.  Whatever step we are on, there is always a Next Step.  Through my education and experience, I decided that my Next Step would be to utilize my strengths and help others in specifically identifying the needs of the community, utilizing digital video production in developmental stages.
