Annie “A Young Artist’s Self Portrait” is a short documentary that gives its audience a glimpse into the mindset and struggles of a young student majoring in art.  Annie reflects on her ambitions as an artist, as well as people that don’t support the artist path she has chosen in life.  Annie is a Fine Arts major at George Mason University in Virginia.

Brandon Langford is a director/screen writer/cinematographer. He received his Associates Degree from Tidewater Community College Spring 2014. During this time he worked on multiple independent feature films and other various personal projects. Brandon graduated George Mason University with a BA in Film and Video Studies and a minor in Theatre in Spring 2016. Brandon’s films have been showcased all throughout the state of Virginia and have won various awards including Best Student Documentary at the UPIKE University Film & Media Arts Festival, KY for his short documentary LARP. He enjoys creating both documentary and narrative films. After graduating Brandon moved to Long Island, NY where he hopes to find more great stories to capture and share.
